Robin Smith served as the Director of Operations and VP of Lawyer's Staffing, Inc. (“LSI”) for over seventeen years in her hometown of Richmond, Virginia.  During Robin’s recruiting career at LSI, she spent years of recruiting for all staff, legal assistants and temporary contract attorneys in law firms throughout Virginia and North Carolina.  At LSI Robin established and managed the attorney document review projects, while also recruiting for legal secretaries and paralegals at LSI.  

After 17 years of staffing law firms in Virginia, Robin started the permanent search attorney placement division for LSI.  

Prior to joining LSI, she worked as a paralegal for McCandlish Kaine and Christian & Barton. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She also holds an American Bar Certificate from the National Institute of Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia.

Robin also is a past member of the Junior League of Richmond, past Board member of CancerLINC and current Junior Board member of The Virginia Home.  

Robin enjoys volunteering with both of her kids schools Collegiate School  and Steward School.
